Data-mining does this, but isn't this what we academics are doing with our objects of research? And how do we move beyond our own discrete areas into the realm of building interconnected social movements?
a politics of solidarity linking disparate acts of resistance
Questions (at the end) of power, interpretation, authority, velocity....
art, technology, academia - so what?
Where is "passion" located in these presentations? Is "peril" the background context - the given field within which passion (and everything else) is fixed?

Experience may have been problematized in the panel on "Passionate Objectivism", but what does it mean for us to engage with the knowledge that emotions (our passions, our fears, our sense/s of risk and safety) are not essential features of discrete individuality, but manifestations of social processes?
